Prep Volleyball: BOLD sweeps Paynesville

OLIVIA -- BOLD improved to 4-1 in the West Central Conference after sweeping Paynesville 25-20, 25-20, 25-18 Monday.

Eight different players got at least one kill for the Warriors (6-5 overall) with Carly Sigurdson leading the way with 8. Mallarie Steffel supplied another 7 and Baylie Kubesh spiked down 5 more.

Kubesh also had 3 ace blocks and 2 ace serves. Paige Larsen had 16 digs.

Rachel Ampe led Paynesville (0-5, 1-13) with 6 kills.
