Prep Volleyball: Gruber, BBE sink Rockford

BROOTEN -- Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa improved to 3-0 in the Central Minnesota Conference with a 25-12, 25-17, 25-17 win over Rockford in volleyball action Thursday.

Maggie Gruber slammed down 21 kills to lead the Jaguars (3-0, 10-2). She also served four aces.

Shyann Kuefler followed with six kills and she served four aces. Julie Hieserich had 33 assists and Raeann Sorenson contributed 11 digs.
