Prep volleyball: Sauk Centre tops BOLD


OLIVIA — Sauk Centre built a huge advantage and survived a brief BOLD rally to win a match between undefeated teams in four games on Thursday at BOLD High School.

The Mainstreeters improved to 8-0 overall and 4-0 in the West Central Conference with a 25-18, 25-20-17-25, 25-15 victory.

BOLD fell to 4-1 in the WCC and 5-1 overall.

Baylie Kubesh led the Warriors with 10 kills, 13 set assists, 4 block aces and 25 digs.
