Princess Kay competition to feature two from Kandiyohi County

WILLMAR -- The next Princess Kay of the Milky Way just might be a dairy farmer's daughter from right here in Kandiyohi County.

Two young women, Emily Schueler of Raymond and Bethany Urban of rural New London, are among the 12 finalists to become the 56th Princess Kay, who will be crowned Wednesday and serve for the next year as the official goodwill ambassador for Minnesota's 5,000 dairy farmers.
