Principal is Duct Taped to Wall at Prairie Woods School

A group of children on their way to lunch see Joe Broderick, right, the principal at Prairie Woods Elementary in New London being duct taped to the wall Thursday. The children at the school reached their fund raising goal for the annual Pennies for Patients resulting in the principal being stuck to the wall in a hallway throughout their lunch hour.
