Probability of significant Red River flooding rises

FARGO - The Red River at Fargo has a 20 percent chance of surpassing the record crest set in 2009 and a 50 percent chance of beating last year's crest, which was the sixth-highest on record, the National Weather Service said today in its latest spring flood outlook.
