Probation for man, 35, charged for possessing meth, coke


WILLMAR -- Emilio Florez, 35, of Willmar, was sentenced Thursday to 17 months in prison, which was stayed, 86 days in jail, $1,550 in fines and five years of probation on two felony drug and paraphernalia charges for possessing methamphetamine and cocaine and for storing drug paraphernalia in the presence of children.

The items were found after CEE-VI Drug Task Force agents served a search warrant on Florez' home on July 7.
