The items were found after CEE-VI Drug Task Force agents served a search warrant on Florez' home on July 7.

As part of a plea agreement reached in Kandiyohi County District Court, another fifth-degree drug possession charge and three lesser charges of child endangerment, weapons and drug possession against Florez were dismissed. In addition, three felony charges and three lesser charges against Gina Ann Lopez, 24, will be dismissed.

The charges were filed after CEE-VI Drug Task Force agents served a search warrant around 6:20 p.m. July 7 on a home in Regency Estates East. The officers found Lopez, Florez, a 13-year-old child and a 17-month-old child in the home.

They also found containers and plastic bags with particles of meth and marijuana, pills, a digital scale, a spoon with cocaine on it, a bottle of drug cutting agent, drug pipes with meth and meth residue on them and a large quantity of Latin Kings gang materials.

In a bedroom occupied by the 13-year-old, officers found a marijuana pipe, a grinder and a cigarette, along with plastic bags with the corners cut off. Officers also found a switch-blade knife on the washing machine in the home. They also found $475 in cash on Florez.
