Arrest

WILLMAR -- A 20-year-old Belgrade man was arrested shortly after 8 a.m. Saturday for fourth-degree driving while impaired, driving after revocation, having no insurance and drinking and driving under the age of 21. The man was arrested at the intersection of Kandiyohi County roads 5 and 27, northwest of Willmar.

WILLMAR -- A 19-year-old Raymond man was arrested early Sunday morning for fourth-degree driving while impaired and third-degree refusal to test. He was arrested in the 400 block of 30th Street Northwest.

Theft

LAKE LILLIAN -- A board motor, gas can and chain saw were reported stolen from the 8000 block of 123rd Avenue Southeast near Lake Lillian. The theft was reported early Sunday afternoon.

SPICER -- A Spicer home in the 8000 block of Highway 23 Northeast in Spicer was reportedly ransacked. The safe was missing, and someone had gone through the closets and drawers, according to the initial complaint report. The break-in was reported at about 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

Property damage

WILLMAR -- Three windows were reported broken out of a car parked in the 500 block of Seventh Street Northwest in Willmar. The damage occurred sometime between 4:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. Sunday, when the damage was reported.
