Thefts

SPICER -- Some $1,400 worth of fishing equipment was reported stolen Friday from a homeowner's garage in the 10000 block of 90th Street Northeast in rural Spicer. The theft apparently took place sometime within the past month. The Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office is investigating.

Lost and found

WILLMAR -- A metal ammunition can containing half a dozen boxes of shotgun shells was found on the street Thursday night in the 2000 block of 10th Street Southwest. The passerby who discovered the ammunition reported it to Willmar police. Police booked it into the found property department.
