Morgan man hurt in crash south of Renville

OLIVIA -- A 34-year-old Morgan man was taken by Renville Ambulance Service to Renville County Hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in a one-vehicle crash around 6:10 a.m. Tuesday south of Renville.

According to the Renville County Sheriff's Office, Mardi Lee Robben was westbound on County Road 17 near County Road 6, which is about four miles south of Renville, when his 2003 Ford Windstar entered the ditch and hit a utility pole.

Also responding was the Renville Fire Department. The crash is under investigation.

Thief takes fish house; Renville County Sheriff seeking information

BIRD ISLAND -- The Renville County Sheriff's Office is asking anyone with information about the theft of an Ice Castle fish house from a property in Bird Island to report that information to the Sheriff's Office or Crime Stoppers.

According to the Sheriff's Office, the fish house and contents were taken sometime between Monday and Tuesday from a property along U.S. Highway 212 in Bird Island.

The fish house is a new Ice Castle model, with a V-front, red in color and measuring 18-feet long. The house has white rims, aluminum plating on the bottom, one propane tank and white windows.

Olivia woman treated, released

after hitting sign in Murray County crash

WESTBROOK -- A 21-year-old Olivia woman was treated and released at the Westbrook Hospital after a one-vehicle crash around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday near Westbrook.

According to the State Patrol, Hillary R. Mages was driving a 2007 Ford Fusion along Highway 30, swerved to miss another vehicle that was in her lane and hit a sign. She was wearing her seat belt.

Property damage

WILLMAR -- Damage to a vehicle was reported around 2:20 p.m. Tuesday along the 400 block of Benson Avenue Southeast.

WILLMAR -- Graffiti was reported around 12:50 p.m. Wednesday along the 600 block of 10th Street Southwest.

Arrest

WILLMAR -- A 20-year-old woman was arrested on charges of drug possession, child neglect and endangerment and possession of marijuana, synthetic cannabinoid and drug paraphernalia around 3:45 p.m. Tuesday along the 1800 block of Becker Avenue Southeast.

Burglary

WILLMAR -- The burglary of a residence and theft of a television was reported around 1:50 a.m. Wednesday along the 1400 block of Kandiyohi Avenue Southwest.
