n Travis Lee Schutte, 33, of Nelson, pleaded guilty Thursday to a felony charge of receiving stolen property. A felony theft charge was dismissed. Judge Donald Spilseth released Schutte on his own recognizance and ordered a presentence investigation. Sentencing will be July 17. The defendant will be required to pay $1,034 in restitution.

Schutte was charged in connection with the theft of items from a Willmar woman’s home while the woman was away on Army basic training. The woman reported the theft to Willmar Police on Dec. 16. The missing items included clothing, eye glasses, a phone charger, jewelry and hair products valued at $3,071.50. A large trash bag filled with the items was later returned to the Law Enforcement Center.

n A presentence investigation was ordered by Judge Donald Spilseth for Rudy Gonzales San Miguel, 42, of Willmar who pleaded guilty Thursday to fifth-degree drug possession (not a small amount of marijuana). A charge of storing meth paraphernalia in the presence of a child or vulnerable adult was dismissed. San Miguel will be sentenced July 24.

San Miguel was charged after CEEVI Drug Task Force agents served a warrant Dec. 28 on a home along the 500 block of 13th Avenue Southwest. The agents found five individuals including Miguel and located meth and marijuana. Two children, ages 16 and 17, lived at the home where drugs were used regularly.

n Sentencing was set for July 10 for Yolanda Maria Radzhabov, 24, of Pennock who pleaded guilty Thursday before Judge David Mennis to second-degree drugs (sale of 3 grams or more-cocaine/heroin/meth within a 90-day period).

Radzhabov was charged in connection with her role in selling 8 grams of methamphetamine to a CEEVI Drug Task Force informant on Sept. 27 in Willmar.
