HUTCHINSON - Three people were hurt in a crash Saturday at the junction of Minnesota Highways 7 and 22 east of Hutchinson.
The Minnesota State Patrol identified the drivers as Vernon G. Johnson, 53, of Savage and Cynthia M. Welker, 52, of Litchfield. Both escaped serious injury. Also injured was Heather Sanden, 25, of Grove City, a passenger in Welker's car.
PENNOCK - Two 21-year-old women, both from Kerkhoven, were injured in a one-vehicle crash reported shortly after 1 a.m. Sunday on Kandiyohi County Road 40 north of Pennock. A helicopter transported both women from the scene. The extent of their injuries was unknown.
The Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office investigated, with help from local ambulance personnel.
WILLMAR - Willmar Police are investigating the theft of a credit card that was grabbed after a customer accidentally left it behind Sunday morning at a Willmar gas station.
The incident was caught on security cameras at Trav's Dino Mart. The credit card was still missing as of Sunday afternoon, and the thief had used it for at least $1,200 worth of purchases.
WILLMAR - A woman reported the theft of her wallet Saturday at the Wal-Mart store in Willmar. The wallet contained a paycheck, identification and approximately $700 in cash. Willmar Police are investigating.
