WILLMAR -- The theft of $395 in cash and an iPod Touch worth $250 was reported from an apartment in the 1300 block of 24th Street Northwest. The theft was reported Thursday afternoon.
WILLMAR -- A wallet was reported stolen from a vehicle Thursday morning in the 300 block of Third Street Southeast. The wallet contained ID, Social Security cards and $800 cash.
WILLMAR -- A Ruger handgun was reported missing from a home burglary reported late Thursday in the 2200 block of 16th Street Southwest.
WILLMAR -- A window was reported broken shortly after midnight Friday in the 500 block of 28th Avenue Southwest when a frozen pop bottle was thrown. The damage was estimated at $240.
- Andrew Lloyd Kish, 20, of Springfield, made his first appearance in court Friday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal damage to property and a misdemeanor charge of underage drinking and driving.
Kish was charged in connection with damage he allegedly caused to a pickup truck with a shovel. According to court records, Kish had been in a fight with the driver of the pickup and allegedly used a shovel to break windows, put a hole in the hood and cause other damage. The damage estimate was about $8,300.
He was released on his own recognizance, with orders to abide by a number of conditions. They include staying in contact with his probation agent, remaining law-abiding and making all future court appearances. His next court date is Dec. 21.
