Theft

WILLMAR -- The theft of a tent, grill, cooler and other items was reported around 3 p.m. Sunday at the Sonshine Festival.

Arrests

SPICER -- A 50-year-old Willmar woman was arrested on charges of driving while impaired around 5:25 p.m. Saturday along Highway 23 near County Road 127.

WILLMAR -- A 49-year-old Willmar man was arrested on charges of domestic assault around 7:30 p.m. Saturday along the 300 block of Litchfield Avenue Southwest.

SPICER -- A 19-year-old Willmar woman was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, property damage, fourth-degree assault and obstruction of the legal process around 2:45 p.m. Saturday at County Park 4. The arrest came after lifeguards at Salisbury Beach requested assistance with belligerent people at the park.

WILLMAR -- A 23-year-old Willmar man was arrested on property damage charges around 12:30 a.m. Saturday along North Eagle Road. He allegedly broke out the windows of a vehicle.

SPICER -- A 27-year-old Belgrade woman was arrested on charges of driving while impaired around 1:15 a.m. Saturday along the 13000 block of Highway 23 Northeast.

WILLMAR -- A 34-year-old Willmar woman was arrested on charges of domestic assault, driving after suspension and no proof of insurance around 8 p.m. Friday near the intersection of Becker Avenue and Lakeland Drive Southeast.

Burglary

WILLMAR -- A burglary and the theft of a gold necklace was reported around 1:45 a.m. Saturday along the 400 block of 30th Avenue Northwest.

Property damage

LAKE LILLIAN -- Damage to vehicle tires was reported around 6:25 a.m. Saturday along Second Street West.

WILLMAR -- Damage to a vehicle's window was reported around 2:40 p.m. Friday along the 2600 block of First Street South.
