Neither driver was injured in a car-semi crash around 7:50 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of First Street South and Kandiyohi Avenue in Willmar. According to the crash report, Rollin Danielson, 61, of Atwater, was driving a Sterling semi pulling a trailer. He was attempting to turn right from Kandiyohi Avenue onto First Street and struck a 2002 Lincoln driven by Donna Gene Gilman, 93, of Willmar, which was also attempting a right-hand turn onto First Street. WILLMAR -- The theft of a mirror from a vehicle was reported around 12:30 p.m. Monday along the 600 block of Litchfield Avenue Southwest.

Graffiti

WILLMAR -- Graffiti was reported around 11:30 p.m. Monday at Regency Estates West, 401 30th St. N.W. Someone had vandalized the storm shelter at the trailer park.

Property damage

WILLMAR -- A shattered windshield on a vehicle was reported around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday along the 900 block of Second Street Southeast.

Arrest

WILLMAR -- A 21-year-old Spicer woman was arrested for driving while impaired around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday along the 800 block of Gorton Avenue Northwest.
