WILLMAR -- The theft of cash was reported around 8 p.m. Tuesday along the 700 block of 11th Street Northwest.
WILLMAR -- The theft of a camera, valued at $150, was reported at Willmar Senior High School, 2701 30th St. N.E.
WILLMAR -- Damage to a window was reported around 9:45 a.m. Wednesday at Bethel Lutheran Church, 411 Becker Ave. S.W.
- Aaron Lee Tebben, 33, of Atwater, made his first appearance Wednesday on a felony charge of terroristic threats for allegedly threatening the life of a woman Tuesday evening.
Unconditional bail was set at $25,000 with conditional release allowed on his personal recognizance. Conditions include that he have no contact with the woman or her residence and possess no firearms.
His next appearance is today. Tebben also faces two misdemeanor charges of domestic assault.
According to the complaint, Willmar Police were called around 7 p.m. Tuesday to the Green Mill at the Holiday Inn. A woman there said she'd met Tebben at the restaurant to discuss how they were going to handle the end of their relationship. She said he got angry, followed her first to the restroom and then to her vehicle. She said he threatened to kill her and burn down her home and had grabbed her arm as she attempted to get out of her vehicle.
Tebben had left the scene. When contacted by the officer, he admitted to meeting her at the restaurant, following her to the car and grabbing her arm, but denied making any threatening remarks. He turned himself in to the county jail around 5 a.m. Wednesday.
