Information sought in Dumpster fire
RAYMOND -- Anyone with information regarding a fire early Friday morning in a Dumpster in Raymond is asked to call the local Crimestoppers hotline or the state arson hotline.
The fire, similar in situation to two prior fires, was reported around 1:30 a.m. Friday along Menage Avenue. The Raymond Fire Department was called to extinguish the blaze.

WILLMAR -- The theft of a laptop computer was reported around 3:50 p.m. Thursday along the 900 block of 20th Avenue Southeast.
WILLMAR -- The theft of tools from a work truck was reported around 8:25 p.m. Thursday along the 600 block of Seventh Street Southwest. The theft happened between 5 and 8 p.m. near the intersection with Minnesota Avenue.
WILLMAR -- The theft of a sign was reported around 10 a.m. Friday along the 1800 block of First Street South.
WILLMAR -- A case of identity theft was reported around 10:20 a.m. Friday along the 2400 block of Fourth Avenue Southeast. The caller reported someone was using their Social Security number.
NEW LONDON -- A 45-year-old Hawick man was arrested on charges of driving while impaired around 11:15 p.m. Thursday along the 7800 block of 187th Avenue Northeast. The arrest came after his vehicle left the roadway and entered a pond.
WILLMAR -- Damage to window shutters was reported around 8:20 a.m. Friday along the 1000 block of Elizabeth Avenue Southeast. The caller also reported finding tools in the yard of the home.
- Estella Blanca Posadas Contreras, 19, of Willmar, was arraigned on five felony charges of wrongfully obtaining assistance in district court in Willmar on Friday.
The court allowed the defendant to be released on her own recognizance, and set unconditional bail at $5,000.
Kandiyohi County charged that Contreras collected $3,878 in over-payments of assistance from May 2009 to April 2010.
The complaint alleges that she claimed that her husband, Amilcar Antonio Posadas Contreras, 25, of Honduras, was unable to work. He was an illegal alien but was employed through this time with Labor Choice, the complaint charges. He was deported on May 18, according to the court record.
