- Jesus Elizabeth Vasquez, 32, of Willmar, made her first appearance Thursday on felony charges of aggravated forgery and forgery for allegedly using another person's name.

Unconditional bail was set at $20,000. Conditional bail was allowed on her personal recognizance. Her next appearance is Oct. 15.

According to the complaint, Willmar police received information from Kandiyohi County Family Services that Vasquez' husband, Ovidio Ochoa, had admitted to working under a false name at Jennie-O Turkey Store and that she had also worked for the company in the past. She had used the false name of Tatiana Rodriguez Rivera and had a driver's license in that name. Ochoa said that both were from Honduras and purchased their false identifications in 2002. He made his first appearance in court last month on four felony charges of aggravated forgery and forgery.

Investigators received information from the state Department of Vehicle Services that showed that Rivera's valid driver's license listed the same Willmar address as that of Vasquez' identification card. Information from Jennie-O officials also showed that Vasquez had worked under the Rivera name.
