Property damage

WILLMAR -- A rock thrown through a window was reported around 12:10 a.m. Wednesday along the 1400 block of Fifth Street Southwest.

Theft

WILLMAR -- A theft from a fish house was reported around 9:15 a.m. Wednesday on South Long Lake, 110 64th Ave. N.W. A total of $500 worth of rods, tackle, liquor and other items were missing.

Arrests

WILLMAR -- A 30-year-old Pennock man was arrested around 9 p.m. Tuesday along the 1500 block of 19th Avenue Southeast for driving after revocation, no insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

WILLMAR -- A woman was arrested for fifth-degree assault and property damage around noon Wednesday at the Community Behavior Health Hospital, 1208 Olena Ave. S.E. The assault was allegedly on a staff member at the hospital.

WILLMAR -- A 34-year-old Willmar man was arrested on charges of criminal sexual conduct, terroristic threats and domestic assault after a woman reported a sexual assault around 2 p.m. Tuesday along the 300 block of Lakeland Drive Southeast.
