NEW LONDON — Four winter car tires and rims, valued at $100 each, were reported stolen from a property on the 8400 block of 187th Avenue Northeast, New London, by their owner on Monday.

WILLMAR — An unspecified amount of money was stolen from a vehicle parked in a garage on the 1800 block of Fourth Street Northeast, Willmar, according to information provided to the Willmar Police Department on Monday.

Vandalism

WILLMAR — A vehicle was vandalized by being scratched and discolored with spray paint while parked on the 500 block of Trott Avenue in Willmar, its owner reported Monday.

Lifeguards harassed

NEW LONDON — Kandiyohi County sheriff’s deputies were called when lifeguards at Kandiyohi County Park 7 on Games Lake reported having trouble with some parents objecting to their admonitions to have children follow the rules around 6 p.m. on Sunday.

CO alarm

WILLMAR — The Willmar Fire Chief was called to investigate when a residential carbon monoxide alarm sounded at a residence on the 1200 block of Grace Avenue Southeast shortly after 7 p.m. on Sunday. A resident there also reported feeling ill.
