* Rosalinda Deleon, 47, of Willmar, pleaded guilty Friday to a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance crime.
As part of a plea agreement, she will receive a stay of adjudication. Under a stay of adjudication, a conviction may be removed from a person's criminal record if the person complies with sentencing conditions.
According to the complaint, CEE-VI Drug Task Force agents executed a search warrant on the home of Deleon and Thomas John Skaggs, 24, on April 18. They found marijuana in the bedroom and living room, plus digital scales and plastic bags. The agents also collected large amounts of currency from around the home, totaling $4,240. The drugs tested positive as marijuana and had an approximate weight of 497 grams.
Deleon was placed under arrest after she told agents that no one in the house had anything to do with the drugs and that she was the only one dealing out of the house. She said she needed the money because she didn't have a job. She gave specific locations in the home where the agents found the pot and the money.
When agents spoke with Skaggs, he said the pot in the house was nobody else's but his. He said Deleon knew a little bit about the drugs, and told agents where the pot would be located in the home.
She will be sentenced Oct. 10.
