Redwood Falls, Minn., student found dead in MIT dorm

REDWOOD FALLS, Minn. (AP) -- A funeral service will be held Saturday in Minnesota for a 21-year-old student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology found dead in his dorm room this week.

Twenty-one-year-old Brian Anderson of Redwood Falls was a junior at the school in Cambridge, Mass. MIT officials say Anderson's death does not appear to be a suicide. Campus police were called Monday to check on Anderson and found him dead in his third-floor room.

Anderson was a graduate of Redwood Valley Senior High School.
