State Sen. Tarryl Clark, one of two Democrats vying to challenge Bachmann, spoke at a union rally on Tuesday. She says Bachmann has been standing in the way of the changes. A union who backs Clark and two health care groups organized the rally on the Capitol steps.

Clark and physician Maureen Reed are competing for the Democratic endorsement on Saturday.

Bachmann introduced legislation on Monday to repeal the health care overhaul. She was one of four Minnesota House members to vote against the bill.
