WILLMAR — Road conditions in much of west central Minnesota have deteriorated, making driving difficult because of drifting snow, reduced visibility and icy patches on many of the region’s highways.

According to the 511mn.org website by the State Department of Transportation, the difficult conditions include State Highway 23 from Hanley Falls north and U.S. Highway 71 from State Highway 7 north.
