Sauk Centre man arrested, jailed after fight on bar bus
SAUK CENTRE -- A 32-year-old Sauk Centre man was arrested for second-degree assault and transported to the Stearns County Jail after a fight involving a knife early Sunday morning.
According to the Stearns County Sheriff's office, the incident happened around 2:45 a.m. Sunday on a bus that was bringing patrons home from Shady's Bar in New Munich. Two men got in a fight when the bus was east of Sauk Centre. One of the men pulled a switchblade knife and displayed it and another man disarmed him and cut his hand in the process.
