School levy passes in Dawson-Boyd, Minn., district

DAWSON -- A $990-per-pupil levy in the Dawson-Boyd School District passed today on a vote of 534 to 170, according to unofficial results.

The district in western Minnesota had asked voters to approve the $990 levy to replace levies of $454.23 and $233.45 and provide an increase. It will last 10 years.
