Schools closing west and south of Willmar due to weather

WILLMAR -- Schools to the west and south of the Willmar area are closing as blowing and drifting snow makes travel dangerous this morning.

The BOLD schools announced a 9 a.m. closing, followed by 10:30 a.m. closings posted for the Dawson-Boyd, Lac qui Parle Valley, RCW, Montevideo, and Yellow Medicine School districts. BLHS announced an 11 a.m. closing.
