Global markets dive, Prime Minister David Cameron to resign after British vote to leave EU

Slow commute

It was a cautious commute Monday for drivers across the area after a slow-moving weather front deposited more than 7 inches of snow in Willmar the past two days. Commuting could be just as slow today as the National Weather Service is predicting a 60 percent chance of snow this morning. Winds from the northwest could affect visibility in some areas.
