Smithsonian exhibit Journey Stories coming to lac qui Parle County Museum
MADISON - A Smithsonian Institution traveling exhibit that explores history of American travel is coming to the Lac qui Parle County Historical Museum.

The museum will host "Journey Stories from Sept. 4 to Oct. 16 on the museum grounds at U.S. Highway 75 south of Madison.
The exhibit tells the complex patchwork of stories of people have traveled the continent from state-to-state and around the world to build new lives.
Visitors to the exhibit will navigate four centuries of American history.
