NFL: Vikings change tune, deactivate Peterson

Weather Forecast

MnDOT officials say that the primary concern for snow removal today will be the wind. Plow crews are currently working to remove ice and compacted snow from the roads, but strong winds, drifting snow and cold temperatures are making it more difficult.

Snow causes more headaches in west central Minn.

The snow has ended, but spring is still far from here.

Preliminary reports from last night’s snowfall show totals of around 3.1 inches in Willmar and Kandiyohi County. Some areas of west central Minnesota received more snow, with Montevideo recording 5.5 inches, Sacred Heart 7 inches and Milan 8 inches.
