Snow emergency ends for downtown Willmar

WILLMAR -- The snow emergency declared from 1-5 a.m. Monday for the downtown business district has ended.

The area affected is from First Street to Seventh Street Southwest and from Trott Avenue to the Byass.

Any vehicles left on the streets were towed at the owner's expense. You may contact the city to locate your car if it has been towed.
