Any vehicles left on the streets in this central business district during that period this morning were subject to towing at the owner's expense.

Willmar's central business district includes the area from First Street to Seventh Street Southwest and from Trott Avenue to the U.S. Highway 12 Bypass. If your vehicle was parked in the district last night, but is no longer there, you should contact the city.
