Emergency crews respond Monday to crash on Highway 12 near Kandiyohi. A semi and car were involved in the crash, but no injuries were reported. Overnight snowfall led to treacherous conditions for commuters, and it's not likely to get any better today. WILLMAR -- State and local highway crews were kept busy Monday plowing roads during a storm that dropped about four inches of snow on the area. Brisk winds whipped around the fluffy snow, which caused limited visibility and drifting on roads.
