UPDATE: Ted Cruz drops out of presidential race

John, left, and Mary Seifert are bundled up Monday as they walk their 1-year-old British Labrador, Maverick, along 15th Street Southwest in Willmar. Although the thermometer read 43 degrees about the time the Seiferts were out, the National Weather Service said the wind chill was just a single degree above freezing, thanks to a north northwest wind with gusts up to 37 mph. Do not fear, however, as temperatures are expected to reach 70 by mid-week. Tribune photo by Gary Miller
