Day three of the Sonshine Festival in Willmar began as another wet day.

As the rain pours down, festival-goers stick to their cars and tents in hopes that the sun will show up for the weekend.

It's hard to imagine the heat index is suppose to hit 110 degrees by Sunday - It's currently 71 degrees.

A few vehicles can be seen heading out of the festival area.

The band K-Tom is slated to play on the Show Mobile stage beginning at 11 a.m. With no signs of the rains letting up, the festival continues though with music from the main stage and vendors and events taking place inside the civic center.

A recap from Thursday night, the band Skillet brought thousands to the main stage amazing the crowd with their music and pyrotechnics as they blasted flames into the air.
