Special session starts at 3 p.m. today, Minn. shutdown ends soon
ST. PAUL -- The Minnesota Legislature begins voting on budget bill this afternoon, setting up the end to the state's longest government shutdown.
Late this morning, Gov. Mark Dayton signed a proclamation calling lawmakers back into special session to pass the state budget.
