Spicer Council revisits lawsuit threats from city administrator in closed meeting
SPICER -- Spicer City Council spent an hour in closed session Thursday evening talking with an attorney about litigation the city administrator has threatened Spicer with for three months.
The City Council closed Thursday's special meeting to discuss the threatened litigation from the legal representation of City Administrator Andrea Aukrust. No action was taken after the closed session.
Attorney Patricia Beety of the League of Minnesota Cities' Insurance Trust consulted with the City Council as she did during a Nov. 6 closed meeting for the same purpose.
According to archive, Aukrust's threats of litigation against the city date back to early October.
