SPRING FLOODING: Rivers approaching crests
The Red River appears to be nearing its spring crest in the northern valley, while some other rivers in the area already have crested, according to the National Weather Service.
The Red was at 31.07 feet this morning in Grand Forks-East Grand Forks, according to the weather service. The river is expected to rise up to 32 feet by Thursday.
