St. Cloud, Minn., man to hospital after rollover in Meeker County

LITCHFIELD -- A 26-year-old St. Cloud man was taken by ambulance to Meeker Memorial Hospital after a one-vehicle rollover crash around 9 a.m. Thursday in northern Meeker County.

According to the Meeker County Sheriff's office, Mohamed Warsame Amin was driving a 2002 Jeep near the intersection of State Highway 24 and 660th Avenue and lost control of the vehicle on a patch of ice. The vehicle left the roadway and rolled in the ditch.

Amin and a passenger were both taken for medical attention.

The Minnesota State Patrol is investigation the crash. Also responding to the scene were the Litchfield Rescue, Litchfield Fire and Gold Cross Ambulance.
