Swanson -- Skindelien

Danielle Swanson and Mark Skindelien were united in marriage April 30 at Peace Lutheran Church in New London.

The bride is the daughter of Wayne Swanson of DeGraff and Sheila and Dean Rasmusson of Sunburg. The groom is the son of Greg Skindelien of New London and Nancy Skindelien of Willmar.

Matron of honor was Sarah Johnson, sister of the bride, and maid of honor was Shelby Swanson, sister of the bride. Bride's attendants were Kayla Poncelet and Carmen Baker, friends of the bride; Racquel Skindelien, sister-in-law of the groom; and Taylor Rasmusson, sister of the bride. Junior attendant was Kaylee Johnson, niece of the bride. Flower girl was Jade Lindquist, niece of the groom.

Best man was Mike Dahl, friend of the groom. Groom's attendants were Tim Hansen and Kevin Krupke, friends of the groom; Shawn Swanson, brother of the bride; and Matt Skindelien and Nate Skindelien, brothers of the groom. Junior attendant was Brandon Rasmusson, brother of the bride. Ring bearers were Hunter Johnson, nephew of the bride, and Brayden Skindelien, nephew of the groom.

Ushers were Isaac Johnson, brother-in-law of the bride, and Anthony Rupp, Jesse Nestande and Brandon Nelson, friends of the groom.

A reception and dance were held at the American Legion in Spicer.

Following a wedding trip to Negril, Jamaica, the couple lives in New London where the bride is employed by Cash Wise Clinic Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician. The groom is employed by Alex Air and Apparatus in Alexandria as a sales representative and by Willmar Water and Spas in delivery and sales. He also volunteers as a lieutenant in the New London Fire Department.
