Swift Co. Sheriff seeks information on vehicle thefts, vandalism
KERKHOVEN — The Swift County Sheriff is seeking information about the theft of three vehicles and vandalism at the city’s swimming pool and water tower.
According to Sheriff John Holtz, two vehicles were reported stolen early Tuesday morning and were later located in Kerkhoven. The third vehicle was reported stolen this morning and was later recovered this morning in Willmar.
Holtz urges citizens to take the keys out of vehicles, take anything of value out of the vehicle and lock the doors. All three of the vehicles had the keys left in the vehicle.

Two of the vehicles were not damaged, but the third vehicle was damaged by spray paint, Holtz said.
