ST. PAUL -- I saw many corn and soybean fields with prominent patches of giant or common ragweed, common waterhemp or volunteer corn during my travels in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa this fall. These weed patches were likely the product of glyphosate herbicide overuse.
