Teen faces drug sale charge for selling pot at high school


WILLMAR -- A 16-year-old Kandiyohi teen pleaded not guilty Monday to a felony charge of fourth-degree drug sale for allegedly selling marijuana at the Willmar Senior High School.

Joseph F. Alvarado also faces a petty misdemeanor charge of possession of a small amount of marijuana in Kandiyohi County District Court. His next appearance is Feb. 16.

Felony charges against 16- and 17-year-old juveniles are public record.
