Teenager pleads to assault with BB gun
WILLMAR -- A 17-year-old Willmar boy pleaded guilty Thursday to a charge of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon for a June 28 incident involving a carbon dioxide-powered BB gun.
As part of a plea agreement entered in Kandiyohi County District Court, David Adam Miller will serve 60 days at Prairie Lakes Youth Programs. He will be sentenced Oct. 20. Felony matters against 16-and 17-year-olds are public record.
