Tennis: New London-Spicer sweeps MACCRAY

NEW LONDON -- New London-Spicer won every match in straight sets except for 3-singles as the Wildcats blanked MACCRAY 7-0 in a non-conference dual Monday.

Amanda Radel upended MACCRAY's Katie Kienitz 7-5, 6-2 at 1-singles. The 1-doubles match saw Erika Norris and Baylie Clark pairing to beat Callie Mersbergen and Erica Bonnema 6-2, 6-3.

MACCRAY won its only set when Morgan Jaenisch won 6-4 in the middle set at 3-singles against Ashley Plucker.
