Three men charged in Grove City burglaries

LITCHFIELD -- Three young men have been charged with burglary, theft and property damage in a string of business burglaries in Grove City.

Kyle Richard Litzau, 18, of Atwater, Damon Dwight Wiederhoft, 19, of Cosmos, and Austin Thomas Klinghagen, 19, of Grove City, have all been arraigned in Meeker County District Court on charges of burglarizing Precision Fiberglass, Custom Marble and the Cenex station in Grove City, according to assistant county attorney Rick Lanners.

Litzau faces a total of four felony charges of burglary and theft and two misdemeanor charges of property damage. His first court appearance was Oct. 31. Unconditional bail was set at $5,000. He was ordered to stay away from the businesses and have no contact with his co-defendants. His next court date is Dec. 22.

Wiederhoft faces four felony charges of burglary and theft and two misdemeanor charges of property damage. He made his first court appearance Wednesday and his next court date is Dec. 16.

Klinghagen faces a total of five felony charges of burglary and theft and three misdemeanor charges of property damage. He made his first appearance on Monday and has another court appearance on Nov. 25.

The charges were filed after a cache of stolen items, including computers, were recoved on Oct. 30 at a home in rural Cosmos.
