Timberwolves open at home against Kings on Oct. 27

The Minnesota Timberwolves will open the regular season at home against the Sacramento Kings, giving fans an early look at the Wesley Johnson vs. DeMarcus Cousins debate.

The NBA released the full 2010-11 season schedule on Tuesday. Johnson's Timberwolves host Cousins and the Kings on Oct. 27. The Timberwolves took Johnson with the fourth overall pick in the June draft while many fans clamored for Cousins, who went fifth to Sacramento.

Other games of interest include Al Jefferson's first game back in Minnesota when the Utah Jazz come to town on Dec. 22. The Wolves will host LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat on April 1.
