Timothy Huber sentenced to 25 years in prison for Larson murder


WILLMAR - Timothy Huber was sentenced Friday to 25.5 years in prison on a second-degree murder charge for his role in killing Timothy Larson in October 2011.

Before he handed down the sentence, District Judge Donald M. Spilseth commended the Larson family members, many of whom have been at every court hearing over the past 21 months, had conducted themselves in a professional and appropriate manner.
