Because of its larger size - the issue will weigh about 2 pounds.

The newspaper, which is one of the best-selling editions of the year, includes nearly 20 promotional inserts, mostly from big-box stores. Many local businesses have advertised their weekend sales and promotions in the paper as well.

Due to the high volume of advertisements -- both inserted and in print -- today's West Central Tribune will cost $3 at all retail locations.

The newspaper may also be purchased at the West Central Tribune at 2208 Trott Ave. SW in Willmar until 5 p.m. today.

The price for subscribers will not be affected and the newspaper has been deliver to all subscribers.

The West Central Tribune will not publish Thursday, which is Thanksgiving, and our office will be closed. News will be updated Thursday on wctrib.com. Our print publication will resume Friday.
