Tornado sirens sounded by mistake this afternoon in Kandiyohi County
WILLMAR -- Tornado sirens were activated by mistake this afternoon in Kandiyohi County.
The sirens started blarring about 6:15 p.m., which usually means conditions are ripe for a potential tornado
Several minutes late, the Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Department said the sirens were sounded by mistake.
The county is under a severe thunderstorm watch until 2 a.m.
